Vintage 1940's sensational floral crepe dress with exquisite neckline shaping. This is the most stunningly elegant dress we have seen in a long time, it oozes 1940's glamour with its exquisite details. This piece has a divine silhouette and features a scalloped shaped neckline, with ruched shirring to the shoulder yokes, short shaped sleeves, some darts to the waistline which then falls into an a line shaped skirt. The piece fastens with side metal press studs with the same to the back nape. 

It is made from a delightful floral crepe in a lovely winter berry color pallet of warm pinks, purples, greens and blues. This is a must have piece for both day and eveningwear for any 1930's or 1940's loving lady. It is such a versatile piece with so many colors to pick out for accessorizing.

Very Good Vintage Condition, flaws to note - Missing its original belt but still has belt loops, a couple of small marks which get lost in the pattern and some slight wear to the smocking stitching at the top of the shoulders. These flaws do not detract from the look or wearability of this piece. It presents beautifully and is ready to wear.
