You can paint the pieces on or off the vehicle — either approach works. Many builders prefer to hang and prep them separately for even coverage and to catch any seams or edges. Sand and prep the surface before applying your chosen finish.

Does the kit include seam tape or gap fillers?

The kit ships as raw FRP panels. You'll want seam tape or filler between panel joints — especially where the front bumper meets the fenders and where side skirts meet the door shut line. Plan to source these separately based on your gap width and finish preference.

Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?

Most of these panels bolt to factory mounting points. If your vehicle uses factory hardware locations, DIY install with basic hand tools is achievable. If your vehicle has had body work or collision history, have the mounting points checked before assembly — panel alignment depends on a straight frame.
