The all-over embroidery, worked in repeating diamond and chevron motifs in gold thread on a white linen ground, gives the fabric a texture that catches the light as the wearer moves. The silhouette is clean and unstructured, falling in a relaxed A-line from thin shoulder straps to a short hem. The defining detail is the back: two straps cross low, leaving the spine open and the construction entirely visible. Considered and intentional.
