Simplicity 9182 vintage paper sewing pattern, dated 1979. 

Misses' Skirt and Blouse:

Skirt with fly front zipper, tucks and waistband has front button closing under inverted pleat, buttonhole pockets and back kick pleat. Top-stitched blouse with yoke, forward shoulder seams, back tucks and front band button closing has set-in sleeves. Inside pockets with buttoned flaps and collar and collar band. V. 1 with long sleeves and buttoned turn-back cuffs has optional self tie. V. 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
