Do these lights have any amber still visible, or are they fully dark?

Crystal smoke is a tinted lens, not a blackout. You'll still see amber glow when the lights are on — the tint just softens it. That's the trade-off between clean looks and maintaining visibility.

Will these bolt straight into my factory side marker holes?

These are built to OEM profile, so they should mount into the existing holes. If your bumper cover has been modified or replaced, test-fit before final install to confirm alignment.

Do the bulbs and wiring harness come with these?

The lights ship as units only — bulbs and harness are not included. Check that your existing bulbs and connector are still serviceable before ordering.
