Yuzu is Japan’s largest citrus specialty crop.

This product uses highly aromatic yuzu grown in the mountainous regions of Kochi Prefecture, along with matcha from Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture, which has received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award in consecutive years. The result is an elegant and refined aroma.

Simply add one heaping teaspoon (about 6 g) to a cup and dissolve in about 130 ml of hot water.

Because it is a convenient powdered type that dissolves easily, it can also be enjoyed cold with water as iced tea, or even mixed into shochu for a tea-style cocktail.
