Vintage 1940’s stunning crepe dress with matching bolero in a darling powdered rose. This piece has the most stunning details from its era. It has a classic 1940’s silhouette and the dress features a v neckline, gathers to the yoke, short sleeve with gathers to the sleeve edge, darts to the waist and a full circle skirt with raised embellishment to the waist, fastens with a side  metal zip. The bolero mimics that of the dress and sits over the top of the dress beautifully and has the same raised embellishment to the edging. This piece came into our shop from the daughters of the original owner and they found photographs of their mother wearing this set. It’s so magical to be able to pass this piece on to a new owner and lover of the same time period. Please see condition report below for flaws. 

A must have piece for any 1940’s wearer or collector. A lovely treat to yourself, friends or loved one.

Fair Vintage Condition, flaws to note - General overall fade, marks to the front of the skirt and a couple of nibbles. Still presents beautifully and can be worn as is with the marks.
