This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout is a carefully crafted blend of Ynfynyty vintages from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, representing multiple expressions of time, wood, and maturation. All components of the beer are aged in over ten different bourbon barrels, including Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Jim Beam, Woodford Reserve, Willett, and many others. Each barrel contributes its own distinct character, with layers of oak, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, coconut, and subtle spices. The blending process harmonises these diverse cask profiles, with younger vintages bringing freshness and structure, while older casks add depth, complexity and elegance. Rich, smooth and contemplative, this stout reflects the evolution of the Ynfynyty range and demonstrates how time, blending and cask diversity can elevate a barrel-matured beer to a unique and refined experience.
