Description:
Ginger Wildheart, frontman of the popular Japanese UK rock band The Wildhearts, leads her new band, The Sinners, with members of Stone Mountain Sinners, and releases their debut album! The album features original songs based on old-school rock 'n' roll with its exquisite pop sensibility, as well as covers of Georgia Satellites and Status Quo. A good-tempered album with a new appeal that is different from the Wildhearts! Ginger Wildheart is a guitarist and singer born in England in 1964. After working with various bands, he made his professional debut as a guitarist with the Queer Boys in 1987, was fired from the band in 1989, and formed The Wildhearts. Their album debut was "Earth vs the Wildhearts" in 1993. The band gained popularity for their wide range of musical styles and heavy pop sound. After that, the band released albums consistently while changing members repeatedly, but due to drug problems among the members, the band stopped its activities after "Endless, Nameless" in 1997. Then, in 2001, the band announced the revival of Wildhearts, and since then, despite a period of inactivity, they have released albums and performed live shows, including "RENAISSANCE MEN" in 2019. At the same time, Ginger has been active as a solo artist and in side projects such as Hey! Ginger has also visited Japan many times and performed at many festivals as a Japanophile.
