Problem: For 01-05 Dodge Neon/SRT4's and 01-10 Chrysler PT Cruisers, the hydraulic clutch master cylinder connects to the clutch pedal via what's called a Clutch Pivot. The clutch master cylinder connects to the clutch pivot and has a plastic locking clip/bushing to hold it in place. Over time, the plastic locking clip will break, and or wear away and cause inconsistent clutch engagement/disengagement along with a squeaking noise.
This piece replaces the factory plastic clutch pivot piece altogether with an aluminum body, sealed roller bearing, cover plate, bolt and e-clip.
This gives you a MUCH more solid and smoother clutch feel, and will eliminate any clutch inconsistencies. Plus, its very simple to install, and only requires a socket set, and about 5 minutes to remove the factory piece and install the clutch pivot arm!

This item fixes the squeaking clutch pivot arm problem, but also solves a little known problem that is not talked about much. The master cylinder has a flat rod that goes into the pivot arm, and the flat rod goes horizontally into the pivot arm. Then, the angle of the master cylinder rod and clutch pedal pivot are angled downards, and it has a tendency to break the master cylinder rod, especially if the master cylinder rod is extended all the way out of the pivot arm. We designed this pivot arm to be turned sideways, so that the long, flat rod from the master cylinder is way less likely to break since its stronger when turned vertically as opposed to horizontally.
