In April 2014, Osaka City Music Orchestra made a new start as "General Incorporated Association Osaka City Music Orchestra. The 108th Subscription Concert was the first subscription concert by the new Osaka City Music Orchestra, and the piece featured Stravinsky's "Firebird" in the hope that the orchestra would flap its wings like a phoenix into the future. The concert will also feature a series of notable pieces, including Reed's Armenian Dances and Holzinger's Ballet Sakura, which is also well-known in brass band music. (C)RS
