70's green velvet high waisted, Jane Austen style dress from Garfinckels was made in the USA and has ILGWU label. Dress is belted with a bronze brown ribbon that has a concealed closure behind the bow. There are snaps at the wrist and there are crochet belt loops to hold ribbon in place. The dress zips up the center back and has a hook at the top. There are side pockets. Ribbon belt has some discoloration and damage, but the dress is in good condition.
