The Comark PX24L Food Penetration Probe (Thermistor/Green) is a thermistor sensor probe designed for food applications.

It has a straight lead and green end cap. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.

The PX24L has a green end cap, but coloured end caps are also available to incorporate into HACCP procedures.

The PX24L Food Penetration Probe is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
